Membership Initiated by a subcommittee of the Consumer Committee of UAMS Partners for Inclusive Communities [formerly the University Affiliated Program of Arkansas (UAP)], the Committee now includes even more individuals with disabilities and representatives from 17 agencies, divisions and organizations. Currently, individuals with disabilities and their family members comprise 40% of the membership.
